Using Nola
By using Nola, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Not medical or emergency care
Nola provides self-help, wellness, and mental-health support tools. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, diagnostic, legal, financial, or emergency services. Nola is not a substitute for professional care.
If you may hurt yourself or someone else, feel in immediate danger, or are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis hotline now. In the US, call or text 988. Outside the US, visit findahelpline.com.
AI limitations
Nola uses AI. AI can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, repetitive, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on Nola for safety-critical, medical, legal, or professional decisions.
No real-time monitoring
Nola conversations are not monitored in real time. We do not promise to detect crisis, intervene, contact emergency services, or notify anyone on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
- Use Nola only in a safe setting, not while driving, operating machinery, on duty, guarding, carrying a weapon, or doing anything that requires full attention.
- Do not submit passwords, payment card data, secrets, classified information, or unauthorized information about other people.
- Do not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service.
- Do not use Nola to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, exploitative, or deceptive content.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are usually handled by the store or payment provider you used.
Intellectual property
Nola, its design, content, software, audio, exercises, branding, and other materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only as allowed by the app and these Terms.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or stop parts of Nola at any time. We may also suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.
Disclaimers
Nola is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee therapeutic results, uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or that Nola will be suitable for every person or situation.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions you make based on Nola output.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
